This causeway has been built to allow construction vehicles to access the Barnstaple Downstream Bridge whilst avoiding the town centre. These first photos were taken in February 2006.

13th May is Family Fun Day on the bridge - and our first chance to walk across the bridge. This is the finish line for the Three Bridges Fun Run on the Pottington Road. As you can see, it's very wet...
