All earthworks have been finished here and signposts are going up - presumably the ones here will be for a route confirmation sign.

The wider road has been squeezed through all the existing structures.

Central reservation work and more new signposts.

I think the hard shoulder will be lost here.

Not a view you'd normally see - wrong way on the M4!

Whilst you can't see much from this side, there's not a huge amout to see - just more of the same.

The other carriageway being surfaced at this point.

You can see that there is room under that next bridge for a 3rd lane to be added to the westbound carriageway.

Not a lot to say, to be honest.

Still going in the seemingly never ending contraflow. That sign ahead tells us we only have to put up with this for another four and a half miles....

Wonder why such a fuss is being created over the M1 and M6 widening when the M4 can seem to do it with relative ease and no fuss at all.
